orders placed on perfectwhitetee.com are processed monday-friday 8am to 3pm PST (excluding major holidays) and are shipped within 2-4 business days (usually sooner) from when the order is placed, pending payment authorization and verification.

returns + exchanges

all good questions: for online orders in the U.S., we accept merchandise in new condition with original tags attached for a full refund.

we’ve received requests about returning items that have been washed and worn. we love you, but we can’t. we have boundaries.


you have 45 days from shipped date to send back your return or exchange. if you choose to return an item(s), we will credit your original payment method.

please note that underwear and items marked 'final sale' are
non-returnable (obvi).

please send back your return within 45 days of receiving your order. if we do not receive the item, we will not credit your account. please, please, please only send returns using our pre-paid return labels so that we can track your stuff! we cannot refund a lost return sent using a method other than our return labels. 

like most brands, final sale items are not eligible for exchange.

i like it, but it’s a wee bit too big/small; how do I create an exchange?

to create an exchange:

click on our returns page and input your email and order number.

select exchange for the item you want to exchange.

choose a new size or color and click next Step.

confirm your return and click process return.

print your return label and drop off your return by the stated date to avoid being charged.

all returns should be in new, unworn, and
unwashed condition with attached tags.

after 45 days from shipped date, please contact perfect@perfectwhitetee.com and we will assist you.

no, we do not honor price adjustments.

yes! not to worry, no fees will be deducted from your total refund amount

eeek. we hope you never get one of these, but there's always lemons in the pile. we will gladly exchange your order for a new, perfect piece at no charge. please email perfect@perfectwhitetee.com with a pic of the damaged area and we will send you a return label as soon as possible.

yes (but you'll love them so much, you probably won't) ;)

once we receive your return in our warehouse, allow 7-10 business days return to be processed and refunded. refunds normally take 3-5 days to post back to your account. we’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund, so you know it’s on the way.

please only send returns using our pre-paid return labels/ qr code so that we can track your stuff. as much as we’d want to, our system cannot refund a lost return that was sent using a method other than our return labels.

orders are processed and will leave our warehouse within 2-3 business days, excluding holidays + weekends.

for expedited shipping please place your order before 10am PST. we then will need 24-48 hours to pack and ship. during times of high volume and sales/promotions please expect longer processing times.

fedex 2day - there are no weekend deliveries. orders placed thursday and friday will be delivered the following week.

we accept international orders outside of the US, but perfectwhitetee does not cover any shipping fees or international duties upon arrival.

we currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for all orders.

Shop Pay is an accelerated checkout that lets customers save their email address, credit card, and shipping and billing information.

products + sizing

most of our pieces are true to size. we have style descriptions under each piece for a better understanding of the fit of each individual style.

the care label inside on the wearer's left will list the care for the garment.

we currently offer all our women's styles in xs, s, m and l, as well as xl in our top sellers. we offer sizes s, m, l, xl and xxl for men's styles.

we garment dye our collection, so there may be slight variances with shading and color. garment dyeing isn't an exact science, but we love the washed and worn-in vintage look of all our styles, so we do it anyway.when purchasing a set, we recommend choosing styles with the same fabrication for the closest match possible.

we try to restock once a month, but sign up for our waitlist if your fave style isn't available.

promotions + influencers

only twice per week unless there's a special event going on (who has time for so many emails?!)

no. promo codes can only be used one at a time and on full priced items excluding denim and accessories (rats, I know).
